Cent account

Learn with real money at a tenth of the risk. A Cent account denominates your balance in cents rather than dollars, so a $10 deposit shows as 1,000 and one lot is a hundredth of a standard lot. The point is not novelty: it lets you trade a real, funded account with real execution and real emotions while the money at risk stays trivially small.

Typical values under normal market conditions. Spreads widen around news, rollover and at thin hours on every account type.

Fit

Choose this if

  • You have finished a demo and want the psychological difference of real money without the financial one.
  • You are testing an expert advisor live for the first time and want a survivable failure.
  • You want to build a track record of closed trades before scaling up.
Honestly

Choose something else if

  • Spreads are the widest of the three account types. Scalping is not viable here.
  • Very small position values mean commission-free pricing is the only sensible structure, so cost is entirely in the spread.
  • Some strategies cannot be tested meaningfully at this size because the minimum lot step dominates the risk maths.

Try it on a demo of the same type

A demo of the account you intend to fund teaches you the right costs. A demo of a different one teaches you the wrong ones.
